How It Works

Quartz Properties has an initial consultation with the Landlord over the phone to discuss any questions they may have and to arrange a free evaluation.

Quartz Properties visits the property at a time convenient to the Landlord and makes a rental offer.

Contracts are for 1 to 5 year terms, but we also offer flexible guaranteed rent property management contracts to meet individual needs and requirements.

Once the Landlord accepts the offer, and subject to satisfactory viewing and valid safety certificates, Quartz Properties becomes the tenant.

The rent payments can start within 24 hours of the landlord signing the contract.

Your rent will be paid, on time, each month even if the property is vacant.

Regular inspections are carried out to ensure that the property is well-maintained.

Any malicious damage to the property by tenants is covered by us.

Any issues with boilers, electrical or structural issues are the responsibility of the Landlord.
